Sauce had a strong tang to it and was absolutely delicious. Nice mozzarella cheese,smooth with a good oil. Thin crust was crispy. Did have a bit of flour still on the bottom but may be because there trying to get that wood oven look. It did darken up like that. Crispy for sure.
