Very floppy. The crust was to soft and the toppings spilled over. Besides this it tasted very good, very light. New york pizza is still the best.

Cheese to sauce ratio is an absolute disaster. Major flop with an undercarriage only your mother could love. Half way through the pie I did get a 5.6 bite

One of the best pizzas I’ve had. Super good crisp. Amazing prosciutto and the crust is like a cracker. So crispy. Highly recommend
