Margherita is a 6.3 but their artisans are great flavor pairings. Too much flop, but crust has a great flavor. One of the better mozzarellas I’ve had in Texas, but my preferred cheese to sauce ratio.

Respect to the Neapolitan people, one of the better pizzas in our great city. This type of pizza you need to enjoy immediately cause it gets sloppy after a few hours. The vibes in here are meh but good slices!
