Capishe: Real Italian Kitchen (Dilworth location)

Got the 15 inch margherita pie and it was delicious. Simple but fulfilled my appetite. Dough was a bit floppy, maybe a minute or two more in the wood fired oven would have crisp it up, but overall can’t really complain. Fresh dough for sure!

Sauce is very fresh. Pepperoni is high end, great flavor. The basil pops. Crust is light and crispy around the edge. Has some flop. Very solid pie, especially for Charlotte NC !

Pretty average neapolitan not bad not great a little thick on the crust and greasy but a solid slice definitely had much better.

Being from New York I know real pizza not a bad break up and pizza sauce is good little Dooughie tell him to make your pizza well done overall the margarita pizza was a 6.7 North Carolina need to step up their pizza game

Similar to inizio nice crispiness but still chewy

Pizza is not that great at all, average at best. Very salty pizza which killed the flavor although the crust was pretty good and ingredients were ok.

Fresh ingredients, wood-fired with a little char. Both the Pepperoni and the San Lorenzo were incredible.

Could have used another 30 seconds for sure in the oven. Very fresh as expected. These places are popping up thankfully more often now, so a solid pizza. Good choice in the area.

Really original piizza

Really good sauce, slightly sweet. Cooked well but had some flop to it and a good amount of grease. The pepperoni itself was very good. Not quite 8 material but I enjoyed it.

Great pizza overall. Crust was a little crunchy on the outside yet doughy in the middle. Tasted fresh and was delicious. Best in the Charlotte area so far!
