Being told this was the best pizza in town I was very disappointed. If that is the case I guess I won’t be getting much pizza in Lubbock...
This pizza has a lot of potential but it’s practically flavorless. I had to ask for a cup of extra sauce because there was practically none on the pizza. It was smothered with cheese however. The dough was great, just enough crunch mixed with fluffy ness. Not too much flop either which is always a plus. Pizza is was very filling and the crust was good but the point is if I can’t taste the pizza, then it ain’t good.
As a person who travels to New York often and gets authentic New York slices, I know a good pizza when I eat one. This was not one of them. :(
