Capital Pizza

This pizza is pretty cheese, so its gonna get above a 7.5. The crust was what put it over the 8 mark. I highly recommend this shit. Lots of flavor and packing that punch. Good stuff!

Theres almost no sauce. The crust and cheese are not bad but it could use a little sauce

Sauce is nice. Crust is unique. Too much cheese. All good ingredients, but something about this pizza isn’t pulling its weight...

Great atmosphere. Good service. Gold medal dice had perfect char on the cheese. A little flop and grease but crispy crust and bold flavor. The sauce is spot on! The cheese was a little heavy but not overpowering. Great slice. Probably best in Lubbock!

If New York style is what you’re looking for, this isn’t it. It eats well and looks great. Little too light on their sauce as well. 6.9 overall, decent but not great.

Best in Lubbock hands down. Delivery took an hour to get here but worth it, pizza it self, doughy, good cheese, little crunch, large portions, kinda has a smoky flavor as well. Overall hard to beat.

2nd time here, as we are being treated after a horrible first experience. Pizza has consistently been good when straight off the menu, but when special ordering not so much. Has a light flop, but that is always because of the generous toppings.
