Absolutely phenomenal. Almost 0 flop, texture was incredible throughout the slice, sauce is in the conversation for best sauce I’ve ever tasted. I’m 100% content to give this an 8.6.

Floppy as hell. Good char. Not crispy at all. Sauce acidic.

Great flavors, especially the sauce, pretty floppy, nice char, but crust is a little cardboardy. Bonus pie was the “Nonna” which was delicious. Delivery driver didn’t bother knocking or calling though, so it sat on the front porch for who knows how long, so wasn’t hot. That was a first.

Great Sicilian pizza!

Pick your jaw up off the floor, cuz it’s a 9.1 Best brick n mortar pizza joint I’ve found in Florida. Authentic Brooklyn experience, great owners and staff. Dough is light and airy and you can feel the crisp not just on the undercarriage but on top under the sauce as well. All the ingredients are fresh and packed with flavor. Try the Angelo Poretti beer from Italy & Arancini Di Risotto as well.

Amazing pizza. Best in town. Perfect under carriage. This place is the real deal. Dave needs to visit!

Best in Florida

Best pizza in the Sarasota area. Attempted to do a Dave style review of 3 pizza places in one night. One slice in each. We all knew the rules Great job of New York style crust with an awesome flavor and perfect sauce. This was the only place we all had two slices because it was too good to not finish.

When I’m in-town from chicago it’s a must visit for pie here in Sarasota. The Nonna and the prosciutto is my fix. The staff and the owner are gems. Till next time.

Incredible crust, perfectly-charred undercarriage, awesome pie!

I got the Prosciutto and Arugula. Pizza itself was great. Awesome crust, great undercarriage, the sauce has great tang. That said, I don’t recommend any pies with the truffle oil. And the prosciutto and arugula are mediocre, at best. I’m trying just the regular NY pie next time.

Growing up in Chicago I’m always look for the best bite around. This is not just the best pizza I’ve had in Sarasota, but Florida, and one of the best slices I’ve ever had. The Sicilian hot honey pepperoni is awesome!

Second time here and we love it. I think it’s the best pizza in Sarasota. Nice crunch. No flop. They pride themselves on their ingredients here too.
