Capo Pazzo! We like this pizza, it’s the best we’ve had since moving to the Sarasota area. Great flavor on the sauce, pizza had zero flop, thin and light! Cheese wasn’t my favorite, sort of bland and not the best I’ve seen. Bottom of the slices we a bit grainy/gritty, maybe to much semolina flour or cornmeal. I know some like that but I prefer a more clean bake , bare deck bake, but that’s a personal choice and no fault of the pizza itself. They were packed and maybe some of the imperfections may have had something to do with it. Overall a good pizza, we will be back!
