This has been on my to-do list for many months. Highly recommended by many locals friends. Half the place is setup as a very large bar. 1. I was able to get it by the slice, only M-F in the day. 2. Crust is a 10 plus, cooked to perfection 3. I read on line they use Grande brand cheese, so I knew arriving today it was going to be special. 3. Sauce was rather good but I have had slightly better in couple places through all my reviews. 4. My rating 7.8

I have eaten a lot of capognas pizza and can finally make a review, family owned spot and I love it because it is within walking distance for me. I have finally figured out the best way to order their pizza. You HAVE to ask for thin slice, just hits better.. otherwise normally too much dough Only issue I have is they never use enough sauce, I ordered extra sauce on the top this time, still too little sauce Cheese is great Can’t speak on the crunch or flop because I usually take mine home and throw it in the oven a little longer

This Pizza has a lot of cheese on it, not enough sauce. The crisp was perfect. A lot of grease as well. It was a good pizza, not bad for football or drunk pizza. Would be in the high 6’s if it had more sauce.
