Capone's Pizza

Overall a good pizza. Could have used a little more sauce, but very good.

Not a bad pie, just solid. Very doughy and nothing crazy sticks out.

Got a slice of the Margherita. Sauce has great tang. Could have been cooked for a couple more minutes though; it was pretty doughy. Solid slice overall

Sauce has little flavor, crust could improve. I’ve had worse and I’ve had better. 6.1 Not a rookie score
