Capos on Blanco

This pie was not too shabby for a quick grab around the corner. The place was busy which is always a great thing. We waited for 25 min after placing our order but I would say it was well worth it! The crust was very flavorful but next time I will ask for a little more well done. Cheese was fresh and melt in your mouth good. Sauce was very simple and slightly sweeter than the typical tomato heavy flavor. We will def be coming back to try some of the specialty pies soon!
