The flavor of this pizza was great. But the pizza was very floppy and not crispy. For that reason the score goes down.

Great tang to the sauce. Little more on the floppy side. Crust is very firm, good crunch. Good quality cheese. Pretty good pizza!

Capri Pizza, commonly known as known as ‘Shore Mall Pizza’ is a 10 out of 10. 100% of the time. The owner, Rocco, takes great pride in his pizza and has everything down perfectly. The San Marzano tomatoes in the sauce give it the best tasting sauce I’ve ever eaten, and I was raised Italian! The dough is cooked perfectly, every time. Never over or undercooked. Nobody does it like Capri and Rocco. One bite and you’ll be hooked! Everybody knows the rules!
