Bought my gf a vintage cruiser bike on Craigslist and found this old school gem. Points for the inside Italia!!!

Capri is the 2nd round draft pick that gets out performed by all the 3rd and 4th rounders in its class. There’s a lot of hype around it but it doesn’t reach its potential. Major flop that slides off instantly even with just cheese, could only imagine other toppings. Nothing about the pizza is above a mediocre level, it looks much better sitting in the box. I’ve lived a mile from Capri for 28 years and have only had it about 5 times(2 in the last 3 weeks), I have had Mr.Pizza across the street probably 200 times and in my opinion it’s not even close. Last night I brought Capri home for the family to see if it was just me and no one ate more than one piece, they were all wondering where the Mr. Pizza is. If you don”t end up liking Mr. Pizza than I would suggest Rocco’s next to the courthouse next.

Flop Central! Super thin! Their Bacon Pizza is my favorite Pizza in Glen Burnie. Most Maryland pizza is thick, doughy, Greek Style... but Capri is New York hand toss Thin style! Sauce has a subtle sweetness, slight tang. Cons: Greasy, Super Floppy Pros: perfect cheese/sauce/dough ratio. Disclaimer... I scored the Bacon Pizza 8.1, regular cheese gets a 7.8... which is the highest I have ever scored in Glen Burnie by far.

Had been sitting out a while. Picture doesn’t do justice. Basic crust but was crispy so that was nice. Sauce was bland but a good ratio of it with the cheese. Pretty good

Decent pizza! Perfect amount of grease. Sauce is a little sweet, but not too overpowering.

Your average football pizza. Good crunch, fresh cheese, right amount of sauce. Would rate higher but the sauce is a little sweeter than I typically prefer.

I had to come back and get a large cheese. This place and the owners are great. It’s like I’m in NY. Good flavor and everything is fresh. Another minute in the oven would have been perfect but still a solid pie.

Alright Capri, I heard a lot of good things so let’s see what you got. Very thin authentic NY crust. You can easily eat multiple slices without feeling stuffed. Good char with a little Glen Burnie flop. Nice cheese to sauce ratio and a good balance of tang. Solid slice.

Alright Frankie.. Capri Pizza! First time trying this place and my wife and I were impressed. Thin slice, good flavor, nice crust. We will definitely go back, one of the better slices in the area so far. 8.3 - that’s a review!

Official review. Great pizza. Moderate flop, tangy sauce and flavorful cheese. Crust is crunchy. No char.
