Capri Pizza

Pretty much a standard slice. Good crisp on bottom with little to no flop. Sauce unspectacular...tang or sweetness not standing out. Basil gives it a boost though. Dripping grease from excess cheese and the crust could have been a bit more well done....pale and doughy. Probably a better cook when you get a whole pie vs a slice. Not bad, not great. Also Got a grandma slice that I would have graded low-mid 7s. 6.6 for plain cheese.
