Capriccio Pizza

Really nice building for a pizzeria. Lotta interesting specialty slices. Lost the video. Plain slice score here. Capriccio II and their 4 Maple Street location no longer exist.

Classic american pizza. This is what you get when you have 10 friends over.

Greasy, very doughy, heavy mozzarella cheese taste, sauce is ok no flop, crust ok. First piece just fell apart.

Review for plain slice: Small town pizza place vibes. You know, like the places that sponsor little league games. Good crust. Nice under carriage a little too greasy for me. But not bad overall

Served hot and crispy in 2-3 minutes. Zero flop but it’s a heavy slice. The sauce is very sweet with almost no salt or seasoning. The mozzarella is decent quality and the dough recipe is very good but flavorless. The crust is absolutely heavenly. The only problem is the slice has very little salt so nothing pops. Everything is monotone. If there was a lot more salt and a lot less cheese this slice could be in the low 8.0’s.

Absolutely perfect crust perfect crunch, no flop. Very flavorful tasty sauce, best slice around so far.

Crispy crust. No flop. Amazing sweet sauce. Single to go slices are better then a slice from a pie... Don’t know why.

Slightly above average slice. Uneven distribution of cheese and sauce combo which lowered score. Above average flop, average crust.

Pretty good, kinda hoped for a tad higher given the local hype. Sauce had some enjoyable tang but the pizza was too thick and a little undercooked which kept it out of the 7s.

Great tang on the sauce, good amount of grease. Bland crust only thing that keeps this out of the 8s.

Really really good pizza. Sweet tasting sauce and not one drip of grease came off this slice. I am coming back for sure.
