Carbone's Pizzeria

Tastes like some pizza youd get at a gas station. Not shitty gas station pizza, but a decent gas station pizza. Like Crosby’s on a really good day. There was absolutely no crisp. It’s very bready, and has some tasteless run of the mill dough. Sauce was almost watered down kind of, yet still somewhat pastey. Does it have a slight tang to it? Maybe…. Cheese is rubbery and pulled off the pizza when biting into it. The pepperoni was alright. Added quite a substantial amount of grease to it though. They didnt even offer a reheat because it sits in a warming rack like a gas station does with their pizza.
