Caretti's Pizza and Ristorante

Too crusty, very little flop, not much sauce and somewhat underwhelming cheese. Mediocre slice, but the service was good!

Crust is solid and tasty. No flop. Cheese is good. Sauce is alright. Solid pizza. Seasoning in the cheese is a plus.
