Carlito's Pizzeria

Ok. Pizza review on my birthday. About to start the weekend, just saw P!NK last night in concert. She’s absolutely amazing. Just trying to find a good pizzeria local, that was above a 7.0, for my b-day review. But I miss my baby girl, and I’m hoping she could do a pizza review with me soon. That being said, let’s get to it. Massive slices, and right off the bat. I’m hopeful. It looks good, but I’m hoping it’s not cheap ingredients. Let’s see. After my haircut, and a shot of grappa, I took my first bite, and I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman in there said the place has been there for 18 years. Which gave me high hopes. Sometimes you just know. That being said, it’s an OK piece of pizza. If you were drunk, you’d read it very high, but I have to keep it real. Decent ingredients, the sauce is OK, the cheese is good, but I’d like it to be better. Not saying I’m disappointing for this pizza review on my birthday, but I was hoping for better. Since it’s named after one of my favorite movies, Carlito’s Way, I’m gonna bump it up a little bit. I wish it could be in the 7’s, I just don’t see it happening. I’m going to 6.8.
