This has taken over as my highest rated in the valley. Great crisp, no flop and zero grease. A little more hootzpah in the sauce could take this to the 8s. Will be tough to beat this in the Lehigh Valley.

Alright Frankie, the picture does not do this place justice. Carlos is definitely a staple of Coopersburg and the surrounding area. I’m basing my review off a slice of cheese, but didn’t snag a picture in time. This slice has decent flop but the dough is clearly well made. There is a good amount of sauce and cheese. Together they have an excellent flavor. Carlos knows how to make a good pizza and with higher quality ingredients they would be well with in the 8s or 9s.

Not a bad slice definitely not a 9.5 though maybe if you’re hammered at Lehigh University. Middle of the road lots of flop solid 5.6

The best pizza you can get outside of Italy. With the perfect New York feel and a great dough and amazing sauce. It's my favorite pizza you can get.
