OK, here we are on a beautiful Friday. It’s homecoming in Pelhem. We’re hoping to get a big win tonight. But doing a bunch of Pizza reviews lately, and I’m really looking forward to this one. It’s got good ratings on the app, and I have very high hopes. Let’s get into it. Very big slices, good crunch, zero flop. Cooked very well. I must say, if there was a tad more sauce, it would really make this spectacular. Still a really good slice of pizza. Good ingredients, and made with good Italian love. Gets better with every bite.

The grandma-roni slice is incredible, great sauce, great char and flavor on pepperoni, great sauce, great crisp, damn near flawless. 8.8 The penne vodka slice had a good tasting sauce, but I'm forced to give a penalty because there's not enough pasta. I really wanted to taste it, and am happy I did. Next time I have to try one of their personal pies and I gotta get another grandma-roni slice. Thank you Carlo's!

Good, not great, flavor. Floppy crust. Lots of grease. Didn’t hate it, but won’t seek it out again. If it were crispier, it would have been a lot better. Maybe just needs more oven time.

Not very crispy. A lil too much tang. The biggest problem with this place is the inconsistency. Sometimes the pizza will be really good sometimes it’s not. This time was a 6.4
