Carmelas Brick Oven Pizza

Alright Frankie…I can always eat at Carmela’s. Great slices. Love the sauce. Good under carriage. Recommend to anyone. This got a 7.5 because it wasn’t from a fresh pie- but a one off slice I bought because I was passing by. I drove out of my way to come here. Check them out! That’s a review!

Great crisp-thin true Neapolitan pizza

The pizza here is insanely inconsistent. I've gotten pizza here 3 times. One time it was good, one time all the cheese was in the center, the last time it was absolute trash with a teaspoon of herbs in every single bite and the cheese tasting like they ran out of cheese and got some from Walmart. I'll never return at this point.

Super cheesy, way too thin for hand tossed. Average sauce. Horrible service 1.5 hour for pizza and beer. And theirs 3 tables here...wont be back

Great, solid pizza. I ordered the Neopolitan. Crispy crust with a good tangy sauce. Little heavy in the grease but not too bad. I will definitely be back.

Good but a lot of grease

I came here a few months ago, had a broken slice, scored it a 7.1. I figured I'd come back and give them a second chance. Saw they have 3 styles of pizza, got a slice of each. Neapolitan: Great crust, not a lot of grease, good flavor 8.6 Grandma: Super thin, completely different sauce more of a tangy which I loved, crust a bit on the chewy side 8.2. Margherita: Very bland, almost no flavor, more of a Neapolitan crust rather than your conventional Margherita style. 5.1 ......Based on just the Neapolitan and Grandmas pizzas Overall 8.4 way to redeem yourself in respect for the pizza game. 8.4 Franky thats a review!

Being from Long Island, it's hard to find comparable pizza here in Florida but Carmela's grandma slice definitely nails it head on well done.

This is there grandmas pie. Great flavor, perfect crust and crunch. Hit & miss though.
