This is some big operation. I walked in 10:55am and they already prepped over 20 pies getting ready for the big rush.
1. Good signs were there being a policeman picking up lunch, which means they are liked by the local workers. Also the brick ovens were nice to see in use.
2. The pizza has a slight acidic taste to the sauce, but was not terrible.
3. The overall slice was very good. I won't say it "wowed" me to any extreme, but it is worth hitting up any time I come to town.
