Carmines Coal Fired Pizza Ristorante

Ordered 1/2 Pepperoni 1/2 extra cheese. Undercarriage was good. No flop at first. Could have left it in the oven a tad longer for a bit more crispiness… I’ve had better. I’ve had worse.

One Bite.....a gem here. Ordered a White Pizza with Red Sauce, well done. Was crisp and very good. Great find.

Great tang on the sauce. Crust was nice. Asked for it well done/ crispy. Came out pretty good not a crisp throughout whole slice but still pretty damn good undercarriage. I like the basil pieces and cheese was good quality. Overall nice pizza.

Good undercarriage, but could have used another minute over the coals for a true crisp. Thin crust with no flop (even after sitting on the table), no grease, and fresh ingredients all make this a highly rated pizza for the region, but arrived warm; not hot. Basil is a nice touch. Sweet sauce. Specialty pies ordered had higher ratings.

Not horrible, good sauce to cheese ratio. Very salty and garlicky.
