Pretty nice environment. Nice staff. The food however not so much. The pizza was over cooked. The sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and dough all just didn’t have an agreeable flavor to me. However their cannolis are probably the best I ever had. 10/10 for Cannolis.

Dough is fresh and really good and there’s the right amount of it for the most part. Has some flop and lacks a little bit of that crisp you wish was there. Sauce is distinct, has some almost tang to it but overall fresh and flavorful. Cheese is solid. Overall a well done pie. A bit more crisp and we’re probably in the 8s.

Was in town for Steelers training camp and what a gem in downtown Latrobe. Small family owned business with homemade crust and desserts — the crust was top tier. Pie was floppy and heavy but overall it was solid, great cheese and sauce. Carmines Hot and Sweet wings are the real deal —9.4 and the best wings I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and come eat here. Awesome!!

Each size pizza ordered is cut into 8 slices. Fresh ingredients, good taste. Big heavy slices just aren't my thing during the summer season. Owner was a nice guy with a great personality. 🍕🍕🍕
