Great under carriage and crust

Solid, good cheese

Good sauce. Nice little tang. So so crisp but I boil that down to the delivery. Unfortunately a bit too much dough on the crust. No crunch at all. Just a doughy Bite. Decent pie but nothing to write home about.

OK so we’re back in Jersey City or another review. This time we hit Carmine’s. A little bit of history here, this is the place where the two adorable kids throw in the pizza dough around like champs and they made the news. A little heartwarming story for everybody. As for the pizza, I was pretty damn impressed. I saw some of the other reviews that kind of skirt the line between good and pretty good but I can only speak for my slice. No flop. Excellent crispiness on the dough from top to bottom. Real nice crunch. Not Doughy at all like many others stated. Cheese was good. Could’ve maybe used a little bit more but I was satisfied. Definitely could’ve used a little more sauce I see how people sometimes say it may be a little dry but that was typically my only knock here. Real good Standard slice. I’m Goin 7.4.

Good flavor, a bit under seasoned. Crust has a lot of chew, good flop, could use a bit more crisp. Solid football pizza.

Pretty good solid tasting football pizza. Average but good

Solid crust, sauce, cheese but nothing to put it into the top dawg category. Great pizza vibe inside.
