I know it’s not the traditional plain cheese. The sauce was below average tasting and not enough on the pizza in my opinion. With the toppings, it was way too greasy. The crust was cooked well, a golden brown bottom, could’ve cooked longer in my opinion. I live across town, not worth the trip. But the environment is cool with all the posters on the wall.

Customer service was top notch… garlic knots 8.3 but the pizza was a little greasy, a little flop and burned my face.

Nice pie, solid flavors. It is crisp and the undercarriage was solid. The crust was a little thinner than I typically like so didn’t produce a good chew. Overall if your near Carmines in Henderson you can get your pizza fix here! Good job!

I’ve been patronizing Carmine’a pizza establishments for about 40 years. I am a massive pizza fan and critic. I consider this place’s pizza the absolute best available in Las Vegas and Henderson. The staff is always super friendly. The owner is there and very attentive at all times. The food is always awesome and served with a smile. There’s none really better anywhere in my opinion.

We don’t normally kill a whole pie but this bad boy was DOA ! They have a great lunch deal also. 2 slices and drink $4.99 !
