One bite, everybody knows the rules, good pizza, not too bad on the flop, Prefer crust a little crispier, too much grease but not overwhelming. That’s a review Frankie

Bottom had just the right amount of crisp. Little to no flop. Light and easy to eat but still plenty of flavor in all the ingredients. I’m willing to bet that whoever owns this place really knows their sh*t. It’s definitely NOT one of those pies that makes you wish Vegas had better pizza. This is quality.

One bite everyone knows the rules! Greasy Roni with a crispy base and nice crust. Traditional NY style. Slight flop which is expected when weighted with meat. Tangy sauce, spicy meat, nice cheese nothing to moan about. Solid effort from Carmines . 8.1 and that's a review.

Good bar pie, jumped the gun with a 6.3, if I could change it’d be a 6.8. Nice crisp, sauce doesn’t blow me away but still good.

A little on the floppy side. Missing a little tang in there. Could have had more sauce.

Perfect pizza....the pizza I loved as a kid and the taste hasn’t changed....run by a great family and it feels like it when you’re there....for sure the best in Vegas.

Went to Henderson location gave it an EXCELLENT 8.4 I am gonna go up on this location in Summerlin EXCELLENT PLUS 8.6 Not Di Fara's in Midwood Crooklyn or Joe's on Carmine and Bleecker but EXCELLENT PLUS!!!

Good slice. Dough is crispy with a corn meal consistency that I like. Sauce is straight forward with noticable garlic. One of my favorites in the city.

Great slice, no flop, sauce is good. Definitely worth your tastebuds time! Couple locations in town.
