I’ve had this pizza a lot now in Joplin. It’s the only real pizza joint around the area. Usually, it’s in the mid-6s. This weekend I bought a traditional cheese pie and a wood fired pie with meatballs and mushrooms. No char on either pie. Both with real heavy flop. Must have been from being in the cardboard box for too long. A bit of grease. Ok chew on the crust, but the undercarriage was soft. Cheese is good, sauce is OK, but lacked the tang. Score slipped up a bit. Still the best pizza in Joplin.

Amazing pie!! Crust was thin, no flop, and super crispy. Get your pizza NY style or wood oven!

Light crispy crust. sauce has basic tomato flavor Solid slice.
