Pizza Review
I’ve had this pizza a lot now in Joplin. It’s the only real pizza joint around the area. Usually, it’s in the mid-6s. This weekend I bought a traditional cheese pie and a wood fired pie with meatballs and mushrooms. No char on either pie. Both with real heavy flop. Must have been from being in the cardboard box for too long. A bit of grease. Ok chew on the crust, but the undercarriage was soft. Cheese is good, sauce is OK, but lacked the tang. Score slipped up a bit. Still the best pizza in Joplin.
