It’s good pizza. Salty, tad too much pecorino. Great base and crust. Really good. Good topping coverage and ratios. Unique props that don’t overwhelm the slice. Fresh basil a nice touch.

The best slice I've ever had. NY style pizza in Covent Garden by the slice. Great char, no flop, nice colour. Had a few slices in NYC, the only Memorable one being Joes probably because of how famous the shop is rather than the slice itself. I will not be leaving London again without visiting.
