Pizza Review
Very good pizza for the area. Got the plain and the spicy pepperoni Sicilian. It's a little pricy at $3.25 for the regular and $4.50 for the Sicilian but it's Manhattan so that's to be expected. The best part of their pizza is the crisp and healthy amount of crunch in every bite. The cheese and sauce are good and I appreciate that it goes all the way up the crust on the regular. The Sicilian has more flavor due to the herbs, Parmesan, and tons of spicy pepperoni, but slightly lacks in its amount of cheese and sauce. The plain is overall more balanced and checks all the boxes of a very good classic NY plain pizza while not being exceptional at any one aspect other than perhaps the great thin-crust crisp. I definitely recommend trying Carnegie if you're around at least once, and for these reasons, I give the regular and spicy pepperoni Sicilian both a 7.7
