Showing Carolina’s a little love for a pizza they made for me 20 min before closing. This was a solid pie with minimal flop, great ingredients and tasted delicious! The crust was a bit thicker than I like but supported the toppings well, and most importantly it tasted great with the right amount of chew and crispness!
