Mushrooms and sauces are fresh and probably the best part of this pie. Crust is just right. I’m going 6.2 and the wife gives it a 5.6. We agree the cheese needs a little work, it’s good when fresh but after a short period has that next day pizza stiffness. Great environment and the beer is the best part about the establishment.
