Casa Express

Typical screen cooked hand tossed crust. Very floppy. That aside the crust had decent flavor. The edges were puffy, flavorful and had a nice chew. Cheese was very tasty and good while the sauce was lightly sweet. Sausage was not true fresh ground Italian sausage but it was good. Surprisingly it had fennel which a lot of places in the Tri-Cities don't. So kudos to Casa Express for that. It sure beats the area standard of slices of cooked sausage. I have to give it a higher rating for that alone.
