Burnt the crust and over cooked it a bit in other spots, also very stingy with the salami, if it hadn’t had those things it would have been a 7.9 and probably the best I’ve had in Idaho. Paper thin, no flop, good cheese taste, not too oily and the sauce tasted good. I’ll be back for a do over again and hopefully it’s all it could be.

Nice crisp, great dough. Beyond being great pizza, it was one of the friendliest owners and customer experiences. Great lunch special …. Great pizza

Little to no flop, GREAT undercarriage, crispy crispy with perfect amount of black bits, cheese had great flavor, sauce was spot on (thank you for not making it sweet), only thing that would take it over the top would have been if it had wood/coal fired flavor

Undercarriage is spot on. A little bit too much grease in the center, but after the cheese settles, almost not flop. The chef is from Connecticut, and it shows in his apizza. Get this ghennie bros.

Decent undercarriage, good char, went with the Quattro Maggie. $20 for the small pie but was worth coming.

Neopolitan style comes in 2 sizes. Avoid margarita. Idahoan a surprise hit. Louis Prima huge all meat. Service slow.

Hot damn, what a pie. These are the same guys that used to be open on Vista according to the owner. This was the freshest pizza I’ve had in Boise. 15 minutes cook time and I showed up as it was being pulled out. Ingredients are very fresh, the basil and cheese on the slice are the real kicker. Dough is the perfect mix of crispy but fluffy! The sauce is sweet, which I have always been told is the way you want it to taste, but I think it’s up to personal preference honestly. We got the Margarita, but I would get the cheese due to the topping distribution. I gave it 8.5, which after eating more, I think is what the standard cheese would score. The margarita is probably an 8.1. I will be back to try more.

This is a Boise Legend come back to life. Sauce and cheese taste great. Crust has a nice taste, but feels a little heavy. There is a fair amount of flop with adds to the heavy doughiness. While this is a great pizza, I feel like they are a step behind Tony's and the Wilder. I will give them another try to see if they are still getting their pizza sea legs back. 7.8

A Boise staple returns after a long hiatus and is as good as ever. Very nice crust that is chewy yet firm with a decent amount of flop. The sauce is different, almost sweet in taste, I can’t say I’ve had anything like it before, satisfying. Pepperoni’s leave a bit to be desired as they are large and thin with little taste, cupped peps would take this review up to a 9+. Overall very good and worth the price, top 5 pizza place in Boise for sure. Don’t sleep on this spot!
