A family-run pizzeria, yet the pie had an unmistakable taste and consistency to a commercial pizza business. This pizza boasted some high quality ingredients, but lacked the necessary crisp for a great pie. Undercarriage and crust were way too doughy, which made for a disappointing bite. Overall though, Casbah provides a satisfying pie.

You may see this establishment says Casbah (Glasstown). The name Glasstown comes from Brockway’s long established Owen Illinois glass plant right outside of town. This pizza is good. It is a doctored up version of something similar to foxes or dominos. However the ingredients are exceptional and unique. The sauce is on the sweeter side which is nice to see personally. The dough is fluffy with some flop but the sauce is what bumps the score to a 6.5 for me. Very unique and savory sensation when consuming this pie.
