Visited Bellevue branch. Margherita 7.2 Garlic Cheese 8.1. Wood fire, but the crust is not quite there. For all fairness, the style is popular among west coast and American family. That is why they got 4.8/5 in Google review. An excellent place of American/Neapolitan fusion style.

Pizza was good, crust was cooked great. Could use a little more flavor in the sauce/cheese.

Got the Evergreen pizza. Good crust, light sauce. Could be a little crisper, might have been the time in the box. Chicken wings are phenomenal.

About as perfect as a wood fired pizza can get. Zero flop, nice cheese, and good sauce that compliments the lightness of the pie. Crust had nice bits of cruchy char. The location is a cute little former diner where you eat outside. Also had the marg pizza and it was a perfect 6.7 as all are. Took only 15 minutes to get it piping hot and fresh. Definitely worth a stop.

Phenomenal taste. Floppy as can be, but the flavor makes up for it.

This pizza was hands down the best I’ve had in the area. If it was crispier, it would’ve been higher. Minimal to no flop, not significantly greasy, great flavor. Definitely a solid pie. 🙌🏻
