Cascarino's Brick Oven Pizzeria & Ristorante

Used to be a childhood go to. My elementary school got Cascarino’s for pizza day. On the lower scale for Brick oven pizzas but an underrated neighborhood slice.

A basic simple pizza very thin not crispy crust kind of floppy bland sauce cheese was OK nothing special I wouldn’t go running across town for it. Also the crust was kind of weird it had like corn meal underneath I’ve never seen that and the crust wasn’t crispy at all.

My fav Whitestone spot. Thin and crispy. Sauce is a little sweet, which keeps it out of the 8s.

Nice sauce and good crunch

Really sweet sauce. No flop. Tad greasy. But overall good taste. Good crunch.

A Ricking good pizza!

Reg slice:Little flop, lot of oil (maybe good evil) good crunch on crust for the regular slice. Excepted better from this spot Sicilian slice: cheese not cooked enough, counter guy sneaked me the middle slice. Good crunch not a fan of the sesame seeds. Both nothing special but good overall slice. Combined score
