Crisp, crisp, crisp. Perfect crunch down to the point. Only flop on this comes from the crack that forms about halfway down the slice. If you don't like your pizza with a crunch don't bother, I don't know what's wrong with you. The cheese holds thoroughly, no drip, very little grease buildup, and you can see how far back the cheese reaches for the crust. The whole slice is the crust. To me, this is perfect pizza, but I'm sure on Dave's scale this is a 7.something. People sleep on Harrisburg for many reasons, but there's lots of good pizza to find on the west side of the Susquehanna. You go to a farmers market in Lemoyne, you're gonna get a pizza. Casero's is the best pizza in exclusivity, open only Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. In my experience, any toppings you get are loaded to the brim, and sets a high bar for other places. Get you some.

Decent flop, some grease. Undercarriage is baked nicely, good crisp. Cheese has perfect flavor. Sauce is very good. Crust is perfect; paper thin and crispy. This review was for the plain cheese. But the Roma slice was even better. Better flavor with the sauce and cheese. And the entire slice was very crispy. Roma slice is a 9.3

UPDATE: I knew it. I knew they had a bad day last week. Came back yesterday and “they’re back” ~ yep, an 8.1 er’ pizza day in and day out (except for that one day)...Thin, crispy, tight, with beautifully floppiness and awesome little bit ‘o greasy (but not drippy) surface. I shoulda gave ‘em a little higher score bc my last review might have dinged their overall rating; but can’t do that as ratings are based on the pizza offering of the day and you should get dinged if you vary from the usual great product. One thing that concerned me was the identical black spots in the middle of the large pep pieces❓does pepperoni burn identically ❓I think not, but who am I to worry about it now❓didn’t stop me from devouring two slices in record time enjoying my 8.1 “go to the Farmers Market every weekend just to eat this heavenly slice of” ...pizza 🍕...

A lotta NY flop. Very cheese with a decent amount of greasy. Not a ton of sauce. Very thin. Had the Roma pizza too, sauce was a bit much. Not nearly as good as the cheese. 5.8

This review is for the white pepperoni, as they did not have a cheese slice available at the time I went (close to closing time). The slice was delicious, really thin and crispy crust, cheese was flavorful too. Great pizza!

Alright Frankie... It’s The white pepperoni... thin crust and crunchy. Good slice, top quality ingredients. They even have take home pre-mades for later if you like what you’re getting.
