Once again this is not a Casey’s pizza. Tried a place in Bloomington that was hyping up its pan pizza. Cadillac Jack’s 1507 South Main Street Bloomington, IL 61701. $18 (with tip) for this 10 inch one topping pan style. Their pan pizza was thick but crust was a little buttery, pillowy and crispy. It’s a little heavy but it’s easy to eat. Nothing overly spectacular (or something I would drive a long ways for) but it’s a good solid pizza to eat while in this south Bloomington watering hole.
