The crust is definitely different from other pizza spots. The pizza was floppy, but the cheese was okay and the sauce decent. It’s not memorable

This is the most low effort pizza in Miami.

Hard to review this place so low. They have fallen off the reservation. The dough was not good at all, the cheese was a super salty mess and sauce was underwhelming. Casolas was the spot back in the day so it sucks to rate it so low. Get your shit together Casolas. Cmon man

This is a reheated slice review. Football pizza with a slightly sweet crust. Better than I expected but I was very hungry

Lives in New York City, by the trash that is Jie’s Pizza on Carmine St, always burnt and overcooked. Cason’s is the ppposite of that. If you like a softer, thicker pizza, and a larger slice, try Casola’s. This reminds me of Ray Bari’s and Ray’s Famous Pizza in NYC back in the day

Decided to go back to Casola’s after 20 years. Decent pizza.

One of my favorite pizza joints for years and is always good. No flop and solidly cooked undercarriage.

This place has been staple of Miami for decades. This massive slice (cut in two) was unfortunately greasy and floppy. The cheese makes up for the lack of sauce and slightly undercooked undercarriage. I’ve had better here. A consistent 6. Probably tastes like an 8 after a bunch of drinks late at night on the way back from South Beach to the University of Miami.

Looks good but barely any sauce and bitter tasting. Crust not much flavor.

Big slice. Nice tang on the cheese but could use a little more sauce. Overall good pizza

Great big slice of greasy garbage. If I could add another picture you would see a tray full of grease. The dough was soaked in it. When I picked it up the slice broke in half. Bland sauce and raw flour mixed in with the grease on the bottom of the slice.

I used to not like this Boston style pizza from Miami. It use to taste very bland. But in an unprecedented turn of events this pizza now taste great. Considering the fact that this pizza has really come back this late in the fourth-quarter. It truly is Tom Brady of Miami pizza.
