Pizza Review
I’ve been trying to find a place in the suburbs that really gets it right and Cassano’s is it. This is their carry out location and it’s everything you’d expect from a hole in the wall. The crust is thin and crispy but substantial; it has to be because the toppings need some support. It’s a nice savory sauce that you can actually tasted and in some cases can come out from under the cheese. They don’t skimp on it, which is nice to to accent the cheese, sausage, and pepperoni. The sausage isn’t too crumbly but has that rough texture chunky style, but juicy. This pizza is filling, which makes it that much more worth it. This may be the best in the area.
