I absolutely love this pizza simply for the cooking technique. New Haven style pizza cooked in a cast iron pan. Zero flop. Very thin crust. Nobody in the state is making it this way! Highly recommend!

Shrimp & garlic is my favorite but, I haven’t had a regular or featured pie that wasn’t great! Perfectly crisp, yet light and flavorful.
