Eye test - have to say Ratio - abysmal. This may be singularly the lowest amount of sauce ever. To add insult to injury there is too much cheese. Execution - baking is fine. Ingredients are actually good. Taste is not pizza, it is grilled cheese Cheese - perfectly reasonable taste and chew. However, with the no sauce reality it needs ten kinds of exotic cheese to make it taste like something. Cheese although fresh is way too neutral Dough - good taste and crunch Sauce- errrrr Gustav Mahler really said, “I am hitting my head against the walls, but the walls are giving way.” I feel you dawg. I tried smashing my head into the cement to forget about this slice but I can still remember. Not neighborhood or travel worthy.
