Spectacular. The best pizza in Southern Oregon...there isn't even a close 2nd. Phenomenal crust, great crisp. The sauce was on point. The cheese was just right. A little fresh mozz and a basil leaf to take it to the next level. As I'm writing this I'm wondering if I should be giving it a 9+. Since having it for lunch today, I keep thinking about it. I guess that means I'm in love. 😆 I just wish they were in Medford. Well done, Catalyst. You have something special here.

Been all over the country trying pizza (New Haven, NY, Etc.) and this place is outstandingggg!! It’s really hard to find a near perfect pie on the west coast, but this place knocked my dick off!! Sauce - really really good Bake - phenomenal, super crispy and light Cheese - great Ratio - on point!!!

Beautiful looking cheese pizza! Has basil on top thats ok but great undercarriage no flop perfect cheese to sauce Ratio really good gotta drive here to try it!!!@

Short review. I have ate here since the beginning, so this is not a rookie score. Called in 6 pies 2hrs before pickup. Only made 5. Upon inspection there was, mega flop on all the pies. Good sauce and cheese. Don’t get me wrong not bad, just very bad customer service, and not worth a 2hr wait.
