Got 2 pies, a plain cheese and a pepperoni. The plain cheese was mid but the you can tell they cheaped out in the cheese, the 1/8” of grease on top is a dead giveaway. As for the pepperoni idk where to even start. Tremendous flop on this pie. Maybe the most flop I’ve ever seen. “Wet rag” as Dave says. Accompanied by a wildly over charred undercarriage. You can tell some effort went into making quality dough, but poor delivery on the cooking end. It’s a pretty hipster type of pizza place. Kind of reminds you of an Old Scratch Pizza but missing that dirty Dayton je ne sais quoi. I’m sure the rich people that frequent these places think it’s amazing and unique but to me this is just a yuppie pie. I wouldn’t go again tbh. Can find better pizza at any bar for half the price. 1 large and 1 small with a beer was $50
