Cavalli Pizza

This a pretty good pie, the sauce has a good balance of acidity and sweet. The dough itself is nice and chewy with a hint of salt to it which compliments the sauce. The toppings were great. My only reason I didn’t go higher was that I wish the undercarriage was a bit more crispy. Overall a good pie

It has a good sauce and great toppings, the undercarriage is a bit floppy but it may because we got the fresh mozzarella on it. The pie isn’t greasy and the crust is a nice wooden fire.

Good sauce and fresh cheese. It’s a slightly better Neapolitan pizza.

This is great pizza. Thin Neapolitan but the crust still holds up to a fold. The margarita by itself is so worth it, fresh ingredients, great simple tomato sauce and it’s fairly inexpensive. This is by far one of my favorite pizza places, you have to try it!

This is a Neapolitan style pizza with very fresh ingredients. The nature of the style means flop. I love the flavor and the slightly burnt crust. This is a very solid pie with the right amount of cheese and sauce.

Margarita with shrimp on 1/2. That was a good slice Frankie.

The crust is almost non-existent. Even with a hard good it flops all the way over and the toppings go on a ride right back in the box. Not the best flavor either.

Alright Frankie. Near belt line and 635. Cavalli pizza. Neopolitan style. Fresh ingredients... fire pizza. Gonna go 7.9 Solid pizza. Can’t go wrong. That’s a review
