CC's Pizza

I have had pizza from here before that was better. Sauce is thick and has good taste, the dough is a little heavy. The underside wasn't done, so this means they probably used an area of the pizza oven that they had just used moments prior for a different pizza, or the stones in the oven don't get hot enough. The underside was lighter than the lightest shade of tan you can see on the crust. If this pizza were properly baked the score would be higher.

This is my first review on the app, and I’m starting with my local favorite. This will set my bar for pizza that I review. I love this pizzas crust, the sauce has a nice flavor, and they load on the cheese. This is my go to almost every Sunday, I’m giving it a 7.8 because it’s my first review every and I need to be able to go up a down, but it’s a pretty damn good pizza.
