Celebre Pizzeria

Hey folks: Stevie Slice here. Celebres before the Flyers is somewhat a tradition for my family. I can see how somebody who has been eating Celebres their entire life would really love the pizza. It is distinctive. We usually get the old world which has the sauce on top. The sauce has a slightly burned flavor, which is memorable and I kind of like it. The crust is crispy and the pizza is well put together. Because the cheese on the old world is under the sauce, the pizza has a layer that keeps it from being thin. But it still is pretty tight and thin. That slight burn in the sauce will keep you coming back. If I had grown up in south philly, near the stadiums, I am sure it tastes like childhood. Pretty good pie.
