Pizza Review
What’s going on Frankie it’s pizza review time. This right here is an extremely solid pie. The authenticity and lightness of the tomato sauce, the good tang of the cheese, the hint of basil, and the perfectly cooked dough all go very well together. There’s just something about a good tomato sauce that brings the rest of the already great ingredients together, and this is coming from someone who despises pizza with too much tomato sauce and all/most major pizza chain tomato sauces. Overall, this pizza is very light, but with distinguishable flavours. I’m going ahead with an 8.9, but it is important to note that I only have had it by delivery two times, both amazing. I’m confident in saying that in person this would be a 9.1 or possibly above. Great work by Cellar Door, and a great pizza for anyone that loves a traditional Italian pie.
